IndGear is built around managed RFQs, not anonymous checkout. Every order depends on exact part identity, source review, condition, warranty path, shipping route, and written quote approval before fulfillment.
Written quote controls
Final price, condition, warranty, shipping, lead time, export paperwork, and payment timing must be stated in the approved quote or order confirmation.
Independent supplier model
Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification. Authorization, factory-direct status, stock, and manufacturer warranty are never implied.
Buyer confirmation required
Buyers must verify exact SKU, revision, machine fit, permitted use, destination requirements, import duties, and any restricted-country constraints before approval.

These terms apply to use of IndGear pages, catalog records, quote requests, surplus submissions, support requests, and related procurement communication unless a separate written agreement applies.
- IndGear pages are intended for business buyers, maintenance teams, procurement teams, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial resale or repair contexts.
- Catalog records support identification and RFQ decisions. They are not live inventory guarantees and do not replace manufacturer documentation or buyer engineering review.
- The buyer is responsible for confirming that the requested part is suitable, legal to import, legal to use, and compatible with the target equipment or project.
- IndGear may decline, hold, or cancel a request when identity, destination, export, payment, source, compliance, or fraud risk cannot be cleared.
A request becomes commercial only after written approval.
The commercial path is deliberately staged so condition, source, delivery risk, and payment terms are visible before a buyer commits.

Quotes and validity
A quote may state currency, validity window, condition, source, lead time, payment timing, shipping route, and documentation requirements. If no validity window is stated, the quote should be reconfirmed before payment.
Payment
Payment method, due date, bank charges, payment confirmation, credit terms, and any required deposit must be confirmed in writing before fulfillment.
Taxes and duties
Duties, taxes, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees, storage fees, customs penalties, and local compliance costs are the buyer responsibility unless the approved quote says otherwise.
Cancellation
Cancellation may be limited once sourcing, allocation, testing, export paperwork, repair exchange, or carrier booking has started. Custom, rare, sourced-to-order, or already-shipped items may be non-cancellable.
Shipping, warranty, returns, and RMA are tied to the approved source path.
Different conditions and source routes carry different risk profiles. IndGear avoids blanket promises and keeps the final promise inside the quote record.
Shipping and export
Carrier, Incoterms, insurance, export documents, delivery estimates, restricted destinations, and customs responsibilities are confirmed per order. Delivery dates are estimates unless the approved quote expressly states a binding commitment.
Condition and testing
New, new surplus, refurbished, used, repair exchange, open-box, and unknown-condition items may have different packaging, inspection, testing, and documentation status.
Warranty
No blanket warranty period is published. Warranty is condition-dependent and quote-dependent. Manufacturer-backed warranty applies only when verified and stated in the written terms.
Returns and RMA
No product should be returned without an approved RMA path. Eligibility depends on quote terms, item identity, condition, installation status, packaging, inspection, and the stated reason for return.
